I found this a remarkable and fascinating read. Kate McCord worked as an NGO in Afghanistan for 5 years and in that time recorded many of the faith dialogues she had with Muslims, many of whom were women.
What impressed me was the way she was able to talk to them about her Christian faith by finding openings which were non-offensive and would be recognisable to the Afghans e.g. talking about Jesus as the Honourable Prophet and by using some of the stories in the Bible – most notably the parables. This enabled more in-depth discussions to take place.
